COVID-19 stinks and so does social distancing. For any of our triathletes, multisport, or cross-training swimmers on the team, losing our pools for so long has been the pits. Cyclists and runners – losing our group runs and rides has been so rough. We are hoping (praying… begging…) that the end of all this isolation is near (knock on wood). So, let’s give all this “social distancing” a big fat socially distanced “distance” send-off! AND let’s cheers to blueseventy in hopes of being reunited with our swims, training buddies, and group workouts soon, too.
THE CHALLENGE
As a collective team, how much distance can we log during the month of May? Cyclists, will you please lead the team out on this one?
*Individually contribute at least 31 miles (total, for the full month) to the collective team total to complete the challenge.
**If 31 miles for the month is not reasonable for you, just let us know.
When you’ve pitched the minimum 31 miles, log “I’ve completed this challenge” on our team website > Athlete Dashboard > Team Challenges > The blueseventy Socially Distanced Distance Challenge. No additional details needed – I have your Strava stats.
