The key to consistent improvement is incremental gains. We should not go into each training session aiming for, or expecting, a lifetime performance every time. However, if we focus on small improvements that can be sustained over time, each small improvement will accumulate to build larger and more noticeable gains.
Last month we encouraged you to explore consistency in completing regular movement practices. This month we will practice consistency a little differently, aiming for weekly routine instead of daily practice. If appropriate for you, use this challenge to also explore incremental fitness improvements!
THE CHALLENGE
Pick one day each week in February to repeat the same movement practice. Use this challenge to practice consistency in routine, and (if it is suitable for your training load) explore small incremental fitness gains.
