What can you get done in 20 hours? How about 5 hours? 42 minutes? 5 minutes? We've all heard the common phrase that it takes 10,000 hours to become a master at anything. All of our training minutes are slowly adding up... Are you using the time intentionally? Are you spending your minutes wisely?
This month’s team challenge has two options. Complete either or both, and mark “I’ve completed this challenge” to be included in the prize drawing!
THE CHALLENGE
Option 1 - "Make a BIG deposit": Complete 5 hours of movement per week during July. This accumulates to 20 dedicated hours of training in July.
Option 2 - "Count EACH penny": Complete 5 minutes of specific skill practice per day during July. This accumulates to 140+ dedicated minutes.
