Training for endurance sports requires a level of discipline and respect for monotony -- swim, bike, run, rest, repeat. Finding and fine-tuning the nuances is what makes the good great... but sometimes a small disruption to the routine helps you to discover nuances you overlooked, areas for improvement, or just gives your mind and body a rest and rest. Use this month to get out of your comfort zone so that you'll be stronger to return to the grind.

THE WINNING TEAM:

The team with the highest percentage of members (from both competition and club roles) that complete the challenge will be awarded the maximum amount of points.

THE OTHER TEAMS:

The team with the second highest percentage of member completion will be awarded 900 points, the third-place team will be awarded 800 points, and so on.
