Criteria for Choosing Members

We’re building a team that’s supportive, inclusive, and inspired by the Castelli legacy of performance. To be considered, applicants must:

• Bring positive energy to the community—whether online or at events.

• Help create a Colletivo that spans all ages, backgrounds, sports, and ability levels.
