Criteria for Choosing Members

We’re building a team fueled by positivity, inclusivity, and a love for the water. To be considered, applicants must:

 

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Have a U.S. address (we can accept select international applicants).

• Bring energy and encouragement to teammates—both online and at events.

• Help create a team that spans a wide range of ages, abilities, backgrounds, and athletic pursuits.
