We’re building a team that values authenticity and community. To be considered, applicants must:

1. Be at least 18 years old.

2. Have a U.S. mailing address.

3. Support and encourage teammates—both online and at events.

4. Help create a team that spans a wide range of ages, abilities, backgrounds, and athletic pursuits.
