There are 9 "time trials" to choose from. You are invited to participate in any of them, or all of them, at any time in the month. You should not attempt all time trials in a single day. Here's how to do it: Review the 9 "time-trial" options. Consult your coach and your training plan. Strategize the best day(s) during the month to attempt each "time trial" you wish to tackle. Submit your results. Watch the rankings, and re-attempt any results you want to improve!
THE CHALLENGE
Participate in the single sport "time trials" and/or fitness-related challenges. Submit improved results all month and keep attempting until you’re satisfied. Prizes will be awarded to members from the top-placing teams.

THE RULES
THE SCORING
max points: 1000
THE WINNING TEAM:
"Cross-Country style" scoring will be used for this competition. We will separate men and women into age groups for each time trial and fitness-related challenge. Your ranking in your age group will equal your score. A team’s total score will be the sum of the lowest 10 scores. For example, if you finish 5th in your age group, you are awarded 5 points. If your 5th place is one of the team’s 10 lowest scores, then it will be counted toward the total. If your team has less than 10 scores in a "race" then 50 points will be added for each "missing score." The team with the lowest combined score will be awarded 1000 points.
THE OTHER TEAMS:
The team with the second lowest combined score will be awarded 900 points, the third will be awarded 800 points, and so on.
