Criteria for Choosing Members

We’re building a team fueled by encouragement, positivity, and community. To be considered, applicants must:

• Have a U.S. address.

• Support teammates with the same energy you bring to your own training and racing.

• Help create a team that spans a wide range of ages, abilities, backgrounds, and athletic pursuits.
