That daylight-savings-clock-switch is nearly here – time to prep your calendars and your life to lose an hour this month!
We’ve been working on consistency and routine so far this year, but we know that life will inevitably throw curveballs that disrupt even the best laid plans. Many of us also regularly share our time and energy between work, training, family, and more. Between our regular responsibilities and unexpected road blocks, we’ve learned that being efficient and intentional with our time spent training is critical to our success and sustainability! This month we challenge you to share with us (and your teammates) a “best-bang-for-your-buck” workout from your book.
THE CHALLENGE
Share a workout with us that takes you no more than 1 hour to complete. This could be a workout you do regularly, one you personally write for the challenge, or one your coach has given you permission to share with us. Then, complete a one-hour-workout. This could be yours OR one that your teammates have shared.
