1) Update Your Profile – Once you log in, you will be directed to the Athlete Dashboard. Click on “Your Profile” and take some time to answer all of the questions. Doing this will ensure that you have a complete profile on the “Athlete” page.

2) Add a Profile Photo – Click “Your Photos” on the Athlete Dashboard. Add as many photos as you would like, but be sure to mark one of them as your profile picture . Note: high resolution photos will upload but they will take a bit longer.

3) Add Photos to the “Team Photo Blog” – Click “Add photo to Team Photo Blog” in order to add a photo to the main photo page. We encourage you to use the Team Photo Blog to share pictures throughout the year.

4) Add Your Race Schedule – Everyone’s individual race schedule is stored under their profile page and is also stored collectively under “race schedule”. Always try to keep your race schedule current on the team website so other members know where you are racing this season.

a. Click “Your Races” on the Athlete Dashboard.

b. Type in the date of the event.

c. If your event is already in our database, it will pop up. Click the name of the event and then click “Next”. If your event is not in our database, chose the correct sport, enter the name of the race and then click “Next”.

d. Choose the distance that you will be racing at the event, then click “Add Race”.

5) Log Your Results, Add Race Recaps

a. Once you complete a race on your schedule, you will be sent an automated email with a link to log your race result on the website. If you don’t log your result, you will keep getting those automated emails. To log a result on the website, just click “Your Races” on the Athlete Dashboard, then click the “edit” icon next to the race that you would like to log.

b. If you would like to add past race results to your profile page, go to “Your Races” on the Athlete Dashboard, enter the event’s previous date, add the event the same way you would add a new event, click the “edit” icon under your race schedule (to the right of where you added the race), and then fill out your finish time and place.

c. If you would like to write a race recap about a race, you will be prompted to do so after you log the race result. Race recaps are stored under “Your Race Recaps” on the Athlete Dashboard and shared with the team on the race results page. If you would like to add a race recap for a previous race, you can do so by clicking “Your Race Recaps” on the Athlete Dashboard.
