The annual tri camp in Loudonville, OH was always a great chance to get away for the weekend and focus on the multi-sport lifestyle. But with concerns surrounding the pandemic we will be keeping Tri Camp activities closer to home and your computer.

Starting Monday May 3rd and concluding May 9th this years camp will offer something for all members whether new to triathlon or building your training.

Training activities will be either group or virtual format with bike and run routes being posted so people can join a group if comfortable or ride at your own convenience.

9:00 AM	RIDE: East side- 30 mile loop (Shaker Heights): 3 different routes available- route can be decided that morning based on fitness level of who shows up that morning
9:00 AM	RIDE: West side- Ride from the Marina: Pick your distance, turn when you choose
8:00 AM	CLINIC: NEWBIE Bike Clinic - Bonnie Park (Strongsville)
9:30 AM	RIDE: NEWBIE Bike Ride (Bonnie Park) - Bonnie Park -Ridge-Royalview repeats for funsies
2:00 PM	RIDE: South Side Ride - 32 miles from Station Road Bridge Parking Lot (Brecksville)
4:00 PM	RUN: West Side- loops of Erieman run from Huntington
4:00 PM	CLINIC & RUN: NEWBIE Run Clinic with fun to follow the clinic (South Mastick)

7:00 PM	PRESENTATION: Breakfast with Bob- a virtual evening with triathlon legend Bob Babbitt
Sunday, May 9th
7:30 AM	RUN: South Side Towpath Run from Botzum Trailhead
8:00 AM	SWIM: NEWBIE Swim Clinic/Discussion and swim to follow (Brooklyn Rec) Approx 2 hours. You will also need to register with Liquid Lifestyles for this event. No FEES!
9:00 AM	RIDE: East Side Ride (Chagrin Falls): 30 and 70 miles options
