3 nights of team bonding, tailgating, and memory-making. RSVP your campsite in our team village with the "TENT CAMPING" or "RV SPOT RENTAL" add-on in race registration. This simply reserves your campsite in our village. All "campsites" (both RV and tent) have water and electricity. More team village details below!
Bring your family and friends.
Partners, training buddies, potential new team recruits -- everyone is invited to race under the team name and stay in our team village. Your +1's are team members this weekend -- seriously, share those codes!
Everyone must use the team code during registration.
Codes give race discounts, but more importantly, this is the only way to ensure every participant (even your family and friends) is affiliated with the team all weekend. AKA your RV spot is placed in our team village, and you receive an invite to all team activities.
TEAM VILLAGE
You want to stay in our team village to make sure you don't miss out.
This is where all the action will be. From pancake breakfasts to bonfires and BBQs, our team village will be the HQ for all things team bonding. It doesn't hurt that our team village is also directly next to the transition for easy race access! We highly, highly recommend that you stay with us in our team village to have the best experience.
"Camping" is a loose term here.
We're in the premium Lake Lloyd RV Lot directly next to the lake and race transition. (This lot is normally $990 per night!) While we won't be "roughing it" by most standards, it is up to you to determine what accommodations you bring. A tent, a converted van, a truck bed, an RV -- whatever YOU want to haul in! Be sure to consider bedding, be it sleeping bag or air mattress.
All sites have utility hookups.
So you can do critical things like charge that phone for selfies and make morning coffee. We're not judging!
"RV spot rental" is required for all vehicle-type accommodations.
You can purchase this add-on during race registration ($250 for the full weekend), or add it on to an existing registration. This is your ticket into our team village if you plan to haul in vehicle type accommodations such as an RV, Sprinter or conversion van, pop up campers, and the sort.
"Tent camping" is good for tents only.
This area is the grassy lot directly next to the paved RV lot. There is room for 2 vehicles per spot and seriously, camping tents only. No large party-style tents, no trailers. This option is OK if your camping tent connects to your car like this.
There are lots of places to rent an RV.
It's OK if you're not an RV expert! You can rent one from someone who is, airbnb-style, and they'll even handle drop-off and pick-up for you. We recommend checking out rvshare.com or rvezy.com. Our address for the weekend is 1801 W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32114 (Lake Lloyd Lot). You can drop off as early as Thursday, 11/30 and pick-up as late as Monday, 12/5.
