Check out the Workout of the Week. It's a cycling session that we like to call the "Low Cadence Ladder". This is a VERY demanding cycling session that is best utilized early in the season when you are still trying to develop sport specific strength. If you think that strength is a limiter of yours, sessions like this can be utilized all season long.
