IRONMAN New Zealand. Dream destination. Group trip with great people. Sounds great! And the trip itself, the company, New Zealand and Australia.. all amazing. The race, however.. Leading up to the race (March 2019) I was starting to have shoulder pain in November 2018. My coach had me doing a heavy swim month and we had a major infrastructure project at work with long hours, lots of lifting and also lots of computer mouse work (I work in IT).
